1. Commitment

Lumakaizo LLC, operating as QuotePreview, is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, and voice input.

2. Target standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

3. Current status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the standard. Claiming full conformance we cannot substantiate would itself be inaccurate, so we do not make that claim.

4. Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations on the public marketing site:

Some below-the-fold entrance animations still use Framer Motion offsets that are not fully suppressed under prefers-reduced-motion on every section. Core looping animations and the launch video respect the preference; residual entrance motion on secondary sections is a known gap.
Automated accessibility CI currently skips the axe region rule on marketing pages where decorative blocks sit outside landmark regions by design. Headings and a main landmark are still required and checked.
The authenticated contractor dashboard and client portal are outside the scope of this statement and have not received the same public-site remediation pass.

The launch video has background music and no spoken narration. A text description of what the video shows is available next to the player, so we do not list the video as an outstanding caption limitation.

5. What we have done

On the public marketing funnel we have:

Semantic HTML with page landmarks and a skip link to main content
Keyboard operability for interactive controls, including the before/after comparison sliders and the FAQ accordion
Labeled form fields with accessible error and success messaging
Automated axe-core checks in continuous integration
Respect for zoom (no maximum-scale lock) and reduced-motion preferences on autoplay and looping animations
Text alternatives for generated imagery and for the music-only launch video
